FAIMCON was established in 2021 and is based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. We are affliliated with 4Site Architects and Project Managers which was established in 2011 in South Africa.

The company is led by Adila Adam, a South African registered architect who graduated from the University of Cape Town with distinction in Design in 2004 and subsequently worked on projects that range from residential, commercial, mixed-use and urban design initiatives. These projects were based variously in South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Malaysia, Dubai, Kuwait, Canada and the United Kingdom.

In the UK we identified a shortage of skilled CAD technicians needed to support larger construction and architectural projects. Using resources available through established contacts we are able to provide companies with CAD services to help them meet their drawing demands. This allows our clients the ability to free up their in-house staff to focus on design development and other administrative tasks.

We work with you to define your CAD requirements to develop a service strategy that meets your demands. 

Our architectural consulting services focuses on requirement analysis, design and development. We understand that each client has a unique set of needs and aspirations. Through research and consultation we unpack the problem to find the best design solution.
